Pune, 25th August 2023: The Cancer Support Group Forum, organized by The Rising India Research Foundation's Center for Psycho-Oncology in partnership with the Texas School for Mental Health, brought together a diverse group of cancer-focused organizations to address common challenges and foster collaboration.
The forum aimed to create a platform for sharing expertise, resources, and best practices among organizations working in the cancer support domain. Key participants included Poonam Nanda from YouWeCan, Neerad Trivedi from the BMT Support Foundation, Smita Mehta from the Umeed Foundation, Supriya Shinde from Aatman Matrimonial, Kiran Bholane from Money Golfer, Priyadarshini Kulkarni from Ease and Support, Dr. Nilesh Shah from Bhaktiii Group of Dispensaries, and Dr. Sunil Inamdar.
