Finishing School
Multiple reports have highlighted the substantial disparity between the demand for mental health services and the availability of professionals to meet those needs. Also the current academic framework in mental health, which is struggling to keep up with the rapid changes in lifestyle. Given the limited recognition and awareness surrounding mental health, there is a minimal demand for such services. Up until now, policy makers and educators have remained silent on the issue of mental health services due to a lack of demand in this field.
Acknowledging the importance of bridging the divide between conventional psychology teachings and mental health and to cater to the demand and supply, TSMH has taken proactive measures by introducing a diverse array of courses in the field by offering the service of Finishing School of Mental Health. This progressive initiative aims to cater to the evolving needs and offer specialized programs in targeted areas of mental health.
